How do Our Clients Earn 25%-35% Raises Without Throwing Their Coworkers Under the Bus

I just got off the phone with a potential client who wants to earn a 35% raise and get promoted from Manager to Director.

But she’s worried about politics.

She’s worried about what that would look like. She’s worried that in order to get that promotion, she’d have to throw some coworkers under the bus.

She’s in a very tricky environment at work. She loves her boss and has a great relationship with him. But…she has several coworkers who are not performing up to par.

They routinely miss deadlines, make avoidable mistakes, and generally do not take ownership of their roles on the team.

She can’t turn it off. And she tries to have a life outside of work (when she has the time), but even when she’s out with friends, she finds ways to steer the conversation towards her work woes.

And her friends are getting tired of it.

She knows this. She’s stuck. She wonders, “How am I supposed to get a promotion when I don’t have the results to prove my success as a leader and don’t have the ENERGY to deal with this sh*t anymore?!”
