Garbage career strategies

Right now, there are thousands of tech managers trying to build their dream careers.

They’re working their butts off 50+ hours a week…
They’re putting their heads down hoping that one day it’ll pay off…
They’re spending their free time reading tons of leadership books and articles …

And despite all of that, most of them aren’t even close to reaching their career goals…much less commanding a $200k+ salary and living with zen-like work-life balance.

If you’ve been following me for a while, then you know that the strategies I mentioned above — overworking, staying quiet, and overloading on information…

…are absolute garbage, in my opinion.

If you want to build your dream tech career in months and not years, you’ll never do that if you use those strategies. There’s a much shorter path.

But is that the REAL reason tech managers are struggling?

The real reason is that most tech managers lack a proven system for upgrading their careers.

A system!

When their boss asks how their team is doing, they stumble through a series of tasks completed without methodically communicating the value they’re adding.

When it’s time to talk to anyone in the C-suite, they miss out on the opportunity to evangelize their excellence.

And when it’s time to have the high-stakes career conversations — either about that promotion or landing a new job — that’s when having no system really throws them for a loop…

…and they end up leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the negotiation table!!!

And they never earn that promotion.

They never land the job they deserve.

Let’s be honest — does any of this sound like your career?

If so, don’t sweat it. Nobody’s perfect. I’ve been there too.

But now that you know where a lack of a career system leads…

I believe you owe it to yourself to start systematizing! Make it the #1 priority in your career.

But you don’t want just any system. And you don’t want to waste more time and money figuring it out on your own.

What if I told you there is a way you can command a $200k+ salary…without ever compromising your integrity?

What if there were a way you could use your career as the vehicle to living your dreams…while you make a massive positive impact the entire time?

Obviously, that’d be really different than what everyone else is doing, right?

Just by using a proven career system, you set yourself up to achieve career transformation.

That’s what we’re here for. ;)

Our clients say it over and over again: Using our SYSTEM to build their tech careers is the key to their success.

And we help them apply and implement that system in their careers, with their teams, in their lives.

If you want to build your dream tech career — and you want to stop rolling the dice and hoping the strategies you’re using will work…

Then it’s time to book a call with me today. This is NOT a sales call. It’s simply to determine if a longer conversation is worth it. Are you ready to upgrade?
