I’ve been thinking a lot about “carpe diem” lately. And that always reminds me of Dead Poets Society.
And Robin Williams inspiring his students…
“Seize the day boys. Make your lives extraordinary.”
Are you making your life extraordinary?
Are you making your career extraordinary?
Or are you putting things off?
There are some career moves you want to make like…
…telling your boss you deserve a promotion.
…asking to lead more challenging projects.
…going 100% on the job market and finally landing a new job
…changing your career focus and exploring new kinds of opportunities.
…starting your own business.
You want to make these moves.
You’ve pretty much decided they are the logical “what’s next.”
And yet, you’re not making them.

I’m not here to argue with you. You get to choose your truth.

Now is the PERFECT time to pursue those career dreams!

How many more years do you want to go without a pay raise? “It’s not that bad” is code for “I’m settling.” And you DON’T settle. That’s NOT who you are!
